Steen + Strøm Opening
The new entrance to Steen & Strøm on Karl Johansgate in Oslo opened this May to finally give a high street entrance to the 220-year-old luxury department store. The new Beauty Hall was delivered as part of the first phase of the total redevelopment.

Puerte del Norte SC approved
We received approval for the concept design of the extension and refurbishment of the Puerta del Norte shopping centre in Bello, Colombia. The extension will add around 70,000m2 and 40,000m2 will be refurbished.

Fresh Approach to Fresh Veg
A new approach to delivering fresh vegetables in the UK. We are now working with Jay Stuart’s Office of Sustainable Design and AgTech company Liberty Produce to push the boundaries of research and technology development to transform urban spaces and modern agriculture.

Itis Helsinki restaurant quarter opens
The first phase of DC’s restaurant quarter opens in Itis Shopping Centre in tandem with a new Finnkino multiplex cinema to introduce a major leisure offer to Finland’s largest shopping centre.
Strathberry Burlington Arcade
Luxury accessories brand Strathberry's first stand-alone store designed and project managed by DC opens in the Burlington Arcade. The boutique will operate as the home of Strathberry in London, hosting events and showcasing unique product launches.
