This competition-winning plan included the comprehensive remodelling of an early 20^th-century chocolate factory. This design was created as part of West 8’s overall Overstad masterplan to develop a vibrant mixed-use canalside destination. Existing facilities were connected by new arcades and a water sidewalk running into a central square frames views across the canal to the historic city centre.
