Chris has extensive experience of housing development in London. As well as being part of the Colindale team from planning through to tender, he has been project architect on a 150-unit project in Greenwich, the 200-unit scheme Exchange development in Ilford and the competition-winning 80,000m² Cherrywood Town Centre in Dublin. He joined DunnettCraven in 2008. He has been part of the team on the refurbishment of Burlington Arcade, where he continues to guide tenant fitouts and he has recently completed a number of retail outlets for Georg Jensen as well as developing the masterplan for the Amstelveen Town Centre extension in the Netherlands.

 

An accredited eco-refurbisher, Chris has qualifications in structural engineering as well as architecture and has previously worked for MAAP Architects, RyderHKS, Bere Architects and Whitbybird Engineers gaining experience in the residential, healthcare, retail and education sectors.
