Alessia is the project architect for our 600-apartment redevelopment of central Dartford, which includes the reuse of a number of buildings in the conservation area for commercial activities.

Her experience at DC has included both new build and refurbishment of large-scale retail projects in Stockholm, Eindhoven and a number of sites in Russia for IKEA. She was also a member of the competition-winning teams at Cherrywood in Dublin and Adygea in Russia, and contributed to the Gdansk shipyard masterplan.

Alessia has a BSc from Federico II in Naples, a Dip Arch in Sustainable Architecture from IUAV in Venice and a further MA in architectural visualisation from Venice. Prior to working at DC she worked for a number of offices in Italy as well as carrying out the design of JEEP stores in Paris and Munich.
