This currently derelict site occupies a key location, fronting directly onto Central Park, as well as Lowfield Street itself which has suffered from neglect for the last decade.
Our plans offer substantial public realm improvements. Lowfield Street will be reactivated as a retail destination, new routes will be opened up into the park and a new public space created to the north as part of the market square remodelling work. These works will transform Dartford Town Centre. The 548 apartments are then being developed in three phases to meet demand.
