DunnettCraven produced proposals to demolish two large adjacent car parks in a rapidly improving area close to the river, replace the parking substantially underground and create 132 apartments, many with an open aspect towards the Thames and beyond. Shops create an active edge towards the city centre and communal gardens for the apartments are created above.
