Located on the Autopista Norte in Bello, Colombia, the project consists of two existing shopping centres connected on opposite sides of a 10,000m² Exito hypermarket. The western shopping centre will be demolished and rebuilt with improved connection to the shopping centre in the east.

The new centre contains 30,000m² of retail, 20,000m² of F&B in Food Hall and ‘Calle Bistro’ street of restaurants, a Banking Hall and a 7-screen cinema with offices above. The building is organized around a large central space which is actively programmed with regular events. In addition to the 650 parking spaces in the basement, new parking for motorcycles is planned which includes 500 spaces for food and shopping scooter delivery.

Exito have developed a number of VIVA experiential leisure facilities, some of which will be included in the scheme: VIVA Motors, which is an interactive display of vehicles with a promotion hall; VIVA Park, an indoor and outdoor entertainment and play area inspired by fairground attractions including a big wheel; and a series of community spaces with areas for pets
