DC completed this new building on the edge of the medieval town centre of Hofheim am Taunus in 2011. It is a single-storey project organised around a central street that connects the town hall square with the historic town. In addition to 20,000m² of retail and a supermarket on the lower floor, there is a 3,000m² art house cinema and a clustering of restaurants.
