These two listed buildings had many inappropriate interventions carried out over the last 20 years which we stripped away as part of a careful refurbishment. They then provided an appropriately attractive backdrop for the range of luxury brands introduced to the store. The department store was transformed into a House of Brands and sales volumes increased as a result.
